Sirkel Asset Management – Required Files

To use the Sirkel Asset Dashboard, the following files are required:

SirkelAsset.accdb – Local Access database

SirkelAsset.xml – Dashboard configuration file

Asset.xlsx – Asset import template

logo.png – Optional customer logo

Excel Template Requirements

The Asset.xlsx file is mandatory and must contain the following columns
(with exact column names and correct order):

Model

User

Begin lease

End lease

Type

DeviceType

PurchaseDate

WarrantyEnd

Location

Department

LastSeen

⚠ The column names must match exactly.
⚠ Do not rename or remove required columns.
⚠ Additional columns may be added, but they will be ignored by the dashboard.

Recommended: Do not change the worksheet name. Use the default sheet provided in the template.

Date fields must use valid Excel date format.

⚠ Important: The dashboard relies on this exact file structure.

What the Template Supports

The template enables:

Device type classification (Laptop, Desktop, etc.)

Lease tracking (start and end dates)

Warranty management

Location and department tracking

Asset lifecycle monitoring

Last seen tracking

Compatibility

This template is fully compatible with the Sirkel Asset Dashboard and is required for successful data import.

If the structure is modified, the import process may fail.
